Dianite (Blue Jadeite)

Discovered in the Dianite Region of Eastern Siberia

Dianite, also known as Blue Jadeite, is a rare and striking blue metamorphic rock found exclusively in Siberia’s remote Sakha Republic. This unusual material was discovered in the 1990s during geological surveys near the Dianite River, and is composed primarily of jadeite with trace minerals that give it a deep, serene blue hue—ranging from denim to inky navy. Its formation required intense pressure and heat, resulting in a compact, durable stone often mistaken for high-grade jade.

Metaphysically, Dianite is associated with emotional stability, mental clarity, and calm communication. Often called the “Stone of Deep Peace,” it’s believed to help align the throat and third eye chakras, fostering inner stillness and honest self-expression. Many use it as a meditation aid, especially when seeking insight or navigating emotionally charged situations.

Note: Due to the limited mining region and seasonal access in Eastern Siberia, authentic Dianite is relatively rare and often sourced in small batches.
