Seraphinite

Seraphinite is a striking green stone sourced primarily from the Lake Baikal region of Siberia. It’s a variety of clinochlore, part of the chlorite mineral group, and is known for its soft, silvery feather-like patterns created by mica inclusions. These chatoyant fibers reflect light in delicate, wing-like flashes, inspiring its name—linked to the Seraphim, the highest order of angels.

Formed in metamorphic environments, Seraphinite is appreciated for its luminous texture and deep forest-green tones. With a Mohs hardness of 2–2.5, it’s best suited for display, gentle handling, or metaphysical work.

Often used as a stone of spiritual attunement, Seraphinite is thought to open the heart, connect the user to higher realms, and support energetic healing. It carries a soft, peaceful vibration that invites light into shadowed places—both within and around you.
